Best Male Vaulters Of 2017 Are Juan Martin Clavijo & Jannis Drewell

308 fans from 21 countries voted for their favorite. Among the juniors it is pretty clear, that Juan Martin Clavijo won the hearts of the fans with 42% of the votes. Only five voters filled in additional vaulters: Jack Wilson, Théo Gardies, Fynn Bading and Luca Cherubini.

Among the senior men it was a little bit close but in the end Jannis Drewell was announced as best vaulter of 2017 with 9% in advance of the European chmapion Eric Oese. The option “other” was here used for Jannik Heiland (who had a wonderful freestyle this past year), Lambert Leclezio (who was not allowed to compete internationally in 2017 because he changes the nation he competes for from Mauritius to France. In December he had a wild card for a world cup leg where he showed some cool new exercises.) and Ramin Rahimi (who finished the championship as eight).
