Get support to help refugees

In Europe and especially Germany the refugee crisis isn’t over yet. Refugees find a place to live and start their new life here, others are still arriving. Many children came and will come to us. Like the adults, the children are traumatized from what they have seen, felt and experienced.

To offer the young refugees two hours of peace, distraction from the reception centers and the waiting for the decision about their asylum request, stables in Germany offer time with their horses. Cuddling, brushing, riding, vaulting. Horse owners offer these lessons voluntary. In most cases they have weekly time spots. To get a little bit financial support the German governing body for equestrian sports “Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung” supports such projects now with 500€ each. To request the help go to their page & fill the form.

Thank you for all your help & commitment!

If you want, send us a report or pictures from your time with kids. Maybe also advices & ideas which could help others to start their own project.
